2. Amazon Integration

SellioAMZ integrates with the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). By connecting your Amazon seller account, you authorize us to access and process your seller data in accordance with Amazon’s Data Protection policies and our Privacy Policy.

You may disconnect your Amazon account at any time through your account settings.

3. User Responsibilities

By using SellioAMZ, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the platform to engage in any activity that violates Amazon’s seller policies
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or misuse the software
  • Share or resell platform access with third parties
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code or software

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology on SellioAMZ—including logos, software, analytics tools, and documentation—are the property of SellioAMZ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business use only. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of SellioAMZ without written permission.

5. Payment and Subscription

Access to certain features of SellioAMZ may require a paid subscription. All billing terms, fees, and renewals will be clearly communicated during sign-up.

Failure to pay may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SellioAMZ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform’s performance, accuracy, or suitability for a specific purpose.

We do not guarantee any financial outcomes, sales performance, or business success resulting from use of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellioAMZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to SellioAMZ for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
